RETURN POLICY - When you check out online or by phone you agree that you have read our Return Policy and you agree on the terms of this policy.

Exchange Policy - when calling to discuss a return for exchange, please refer to the confirmation number you were given when placing your order.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days
- Merchandise must be returned in the original condition
- Merchandise must be returned with all tags attached
- Merchandise must be returned showing no signs of wear (If we detect any sign of wear including odors, we will need to charge a re-stocking cleaning fee of no less than $25.00
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE WEAR DATE GIVEN AT THE TIME OF ORDER
- A return Authorization Number (RA#) should be requested immediately by e-mail or a written request, and the garment shipped back (post marked) within 5 days of request of the R.A. Number at the customers expense. Included in this request must be the style number or description of the item that you wish to exchange for.
- Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package.
- Please provide a copy of the invoice, your full name, address, email (very important!) and a note stating the problem.
The exchange will be for full value less shipping against the garment of your choice. Important: Once again, we do not issue "Refunds", only exchanges.

Failing to comply with any of these requirements will nullify your request for exchange.
Oversea's or Foreign Orders are Final and are not returnable.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our error. Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.
Damaged Items
We take extreme care to insure your order arrives safely. However, because of the delicate nature of many of our items, there may be occasions when goods arrive damaged. Please open your package immediately and inspect all items. We must receive notification of damaged items within five days.
By having our clients call us and discuss their needs, be it a Bridal Dress, Resort Wear, Swim wear, or Footwear, and also talking about size by knowing their full and accurate measurements (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT), we have been very successful in keeping returns to an extreme minimum.
