How can I be sure of my size?
Please call 386-264-6370 with your height, weight, bust, waist and hip measurements and we will take those and put them against the actual item to be as close as possible to your exact size.  We realize that purchasing on line is difficult so we make every effort to send you the correct size.  Also remember, we do exchange for another size, and we do exchange for another style if necessary

What payment methods do you accept?
We try to make your shopping experience easy by creating a quick and efficient ordering process and by accepting Mastercard, Discover and Visa via PayPal. Shipping charges are determined by the value of your order. Billing information must match Credit Card.

How can I place an order?
Online: Browse through any department on PJ Max Ltd., When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart " and continue shopping. When you're ready to check out, click on "view shopping cart " to confirm your items. After you've made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish.

How will I know my order was placed?
You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of the order process followed by a confirmation email; It will include your order number and an approximate total amount to be charged. Are the colors displayed on the site accurate?
